A Humble Beginning
Founded by Nilesh Jimudiya opposite the old Deepak Cinema (now Tulsi Mobile Accessories). The journey started with a simple belief: authentic taste should never be compromised.
The 90s
Becoming a Local Landmark
From a modest stall, we grew into a household name in Keshod. Generations began making "Swastik Pakoda" their daily evening ritual, yet our core recipes and spice proportions remained fiercely unchanged.
2010s
The Next Generation
Under the stewardship of Amit Bhai along with their family members, the legacy expanded. We refined our hygiene standards and bulk-preparation methods while preserving the exact same care in frying passed down from our founder.
Today
A Culinary Heritage
